Rochester Toyota is pleased to announce that Toyota Motor Corporation has initiated the repair procedure for the sticking accelerator pedals.
Rochester Toyota has received a limited number of repair parts and will be commencing with the repair procedure on Thursday, February 4th. Please feel free to email or telephone us for instructions on vehicle scheduling. We expect an extremely high call volume so your patience is greatly appreciated.
Rochester Toyota will have staff available during normal business hours 6:45 – 6:00 for the remainder of the week. We will be investigating extended hours and possibly Sunday hours as the repair progresses.
We urge vehicle owners to accept our apology in advance for any inconvenience that may be caused. We feel that we have the greatest and most capable staff available to perform the massive undertaking, but we still expect to be overwhelmed a bit with vehicle traffic.
In the rare case that you do not feel comfortable driving your car to the dealership Rochester Toyota will arrange to have your vehicle picked up and returned. If you take advantage of this service, please allow us to have your vehicle for a few hours to coordinate the logistics of this service.
We will be providing some treats and fresh brewed Caribou coffee during the peak of the recall. We will also provide all recall owners with a Complimentary Car Wash upon completion of the recall.
You truly are the VERY BEST customers in the WORLD and we greatly appreciate your patience during this recall. We have received a MASSIVE amount of support from our owner group and much praise about how we are handling this situation.
